This video was for a presentation class, the subject matter was too valuable for a posting for me not to use.
I discussed the 12 principles of Animation and then proceeded to explain timing and spacing in detail. Someone recorded my presentation for review. I see what I need to work on, in terms of condensing the information and being a more effective speaker. Being able to watch myself speak helped me see things that I could fix to be better in pitching projects, giving talks at trade shows or related gatherings, and perhaps communicating my ideas to a team. I know I promised earlier that I would discuss timing and spacing, so here it is! I plan on covering each principle of animation for this blog, so you guys will understand what goes in to a good animation.
So without further ado, here is my terrible terrible presentation. Hahaha. Yes, self-deprecation at it’s finest.
Note that this is not a high-res video as it was shot on an old camcorder. You may need to turn up the volume for this one too.
