I had the honor and privilege of interviewing Simon Holmedal of Man vs. Machine based in London.
I’ve followed Simon since I was in school when he used to post tutorial-esque videos explaining the intricacies of Xpresso and Thinking Particles. I had the opportunity to meet Simon in the winter of Berin in 2014.
Simon is an inspiration and most importantly, he is a good guy- I haven’t detected a trace of arrogance or superiority from him. Sometimes design and the creative industry can be a tough business and it can slowly change people. I’m going to take the example from Simon: you can be one of the greats and still be humble.
